DESCRIPTION:

This visit will be our 13th to Red Mountain. It has become a “happy place” for many of you. The stunning vistas, supportive fitness staff, delicious food, and professional spa providers are responsible for creating a very special feeling.

 

The resort has been sold and will be undergoing changes in the next couple of years. I am happy that we have one more year to enjoy what we may soon be referring to as – the good old days.

For now, the body restoration and soul renewal continue. For some that is basking in the comfort and relaxation. Others stretch their minds to learn new skills or challenge themselves to new behaviors. Some enjoy the physicality of exercising their muscles with unique activities. New friendships are forged, and old ones are honored with the gift of time spent together. We linger over dinners that take hours, nourishing ourselves with the creative preparations from the kitchen.

 

Everything takes place beneath those soaring red cliffs and haunting rock formations that assume identities of their own. The dry desert of the Mojave bakes any cares away in a blink of a roadrunners eye.
