Thank you for choosing You Go Girls! (hereafter referred to as the Operator). Please be sure you understand this contract. Partial or full payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

 

 

FORUM FOR DISPUTES
All parties agree to resolve any dispute only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Yakima County, Washington under the laws of the State of Washington.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Passenger
Proof of Citizenship and proper documentation including visas are the responsibility of the passenger. No refunds will be made if improper documentation results in loss.  Passengers must be in good health, able to board and disembark a variety of transportation methods including but not limited to planes, trains, buses and boats. Must be able to independently navigate stairs and steps with and without railings and to walk moderate distances on regular and irregular surfaces and must be free of communicable disease. 

 

Operator
You Go Girls! may make, changes and substitutions in itinerary without notice. In no case does Operator own, operate or control the vendors being used. Therefore in absence of negligence, Passenger agrees not hold Operator liable for loss or damage to property or injury to person caused by reason of any act or omission, intentional, neglect or otherwise by such Suppliers. Operator shall have no liability for, nor any obligation for refund or adjustment as a consequence of interruption, delay, cancellation or other interference with vacation. Operator does not control such factors as weather, government actions, mechanical breakdowns or delay, illness, accidents, natural disasters, labor disputes, traffic conditions, security procedures, criminal acts, your physical, medical or emotional disabilities, your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow travel instructions. Operator’s liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the Passenger to Operator.

 

Airlines
Each Passenger is bound by the ticketing terms/conditions and/or rules of the issuing airline, which when a ticket is issued shall be the sole contract between the airline and the Passenger. In all cases, the Passenger is subject to the carrier’s and governmental rules and regulations in the creation of any hazard may result in denial of boarding or removal from aircraft, in each case without refund of any kind. Flight delays and rescheduling are an inherent risk of air travel and are outside the control and responsibility of the Operator. Operator acts as an agent for the airlines and other transportation companies in arranging to provide included services and accommodations. Operator and the airline reserve the right to substitute any duly licensed air carrier and/or to change the aircraft type, capacity, and routing and to not guarantee same configuration or non-stop service. No refunds will be given for such substitutions or changes.

 

Baggage
Please go to individual carriers for current baggage policy/restrictions. Passengers must be capable of handling their own luggage at all times. 

 

Check in Procedures
Each Passenger is responsible to check in within the carrier’s requirements. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding.

 

Seat assignments
Pre-assigned seats are issued as a courtesy. Airlines may change seats at any time and without notice. Passenger agrees to not hold Operator liable for these changes.

 

Hotels
Operator has no control over assignment of rooms and cannot guarantee type of bedding, smoking preference, floor etc. Passenger agrees to seek redress or remedies directly with Supplier and to not hold Operator liable. Passengers are required to pay hotel directly for charge not included in package price.

 

Package Price and Arrangements
Prices are listed per person based on double occupancy. Gratuities, items of a personal nature and items not included on itinerary are the responsibility of Passenger. All arrangements including hotels, schedule and activities are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds for unused or partially used services.

 

Reservations, payment and cancellation
Deposits are required as noted on each itinerary to confirm space. 

Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure unless noted. Deposits are nonrefundable. Airline tickets carry their own cancellation penalties established by the carrier. Final payment is nonrefundable upon payment. Trip protection plan is recommended. Passenger is responsible for purchasing a protection plan.
